TMS Machine Service & Support

When a TMS machine goes down, the practice stops treating patients and stops billing for them. HealthTech USA services and supports the TMS and QEEG systems we sell, and we work with practices that bought their equipment elsewhere. Tell us the make and model and we will confirm what we can cover.

What our service covers

  • Installation and calibration. We set the system up in your clinic and confirm it performs as it should before your first patient.
  • Staff training. Hands-on training for the people who run treatments, plus refresher training when staff change.
  • Preventive maintenance. Scheduled checks so small problems are caught before they cancel a day of sessions.
  • Troubleshooting and repair coordination. A team that answers the phone and works the problem with you.
  • Ongoing support. Questions about workflow, documentation and getting the most out of your system.

"Workflow, billing, and staff training are the biggest hurdles to overcome when implementing new technology. Those variables determine whether you'll see a ROI in months, years, or at all."

Sean Talamantes, R. EEG T., Director of Services

Common situations we help with

Your machine is down

Call us at (833) 213-2237 or request service. Have the make, model and serial number ready, plus what the system is doing (error messages, when it started, what changed). That information shortens the time to a fix.

Your warranty has expired

Manufacturer warranties end, and extended coverage can be expensive. We can walk through what out-of-warranty support for your system looks like and what it should cost before you renew anything.

You want to switch service providers

If your current provider is slow to respond or only sells and never supports, talk to us. We will review your system, your service history and your contract terms.

You are buying a used TMS machine

Used systems can be a sound way into TMS, but have the unit inspected before you buy. Ask about software licensing and transfer fees as well. Industry guides report software re-registration fees of several thousand dollars or more on some used systems (Device Pulse, 2026), which can erase the savings.

The costs most manufacturers don't put in the brochure

The purchase price is the number everyone compares. These are the costs that decide what TMS actually costs your practice:

  • Per-session or per-treatment fees. Some models charge for every treatment after the purchase.
  • Annual service contracts. Published estimates put annual service and warranty for major brands at roughly $4,500 to $10,000 a year (Device Pulse, 2026).
  • Consumables. Items such as treatment caps add an estimated $1,500 to $5,000 a year on some systems.
  • Replacement coils and parts. Coils wear out, and replacements can cost thousands.
  • Downtime. Every cancelled day is lost revenue and a disrupted course of treatment for your patients.
  • Training and staff turnover. A system only earns its keep when the people running it are confident with it.
